About the author
Kate Young is a food writer and personal chef. After a childhood surrounded by books in Australia, she moved to London, England, in 2009. While working as a teacher and theater producer, she found relaxation, recreation and inspiration in food. This love gradually took over her life. She now works as a personal chef, hosts regular supper clubs, caters for weddings and writes about food and books, including a column in the Guardian.
Lean Timms is a freelance travel, food, and lifestyle photographer who works with editors around the world and currently lives in Canberra, Australia.
