《中国基督宗教史》内容简介
本书是中西学者共同合作撰写中国基督教史的一次尝试，旨在借鉴并融合过去30年所涌现之中西研究方式及成果。通过编年史和专题史两个部分，力图呈现一部可读性、准确性、跨学科性兼备的中国基督教史读本，帮助我们更好地体认基督教中国化的历史现象。21世纪的今天，当人们在一种跨文化的视野下回顾基督教自西徂东的历史时，会发现其在中国社会经历了漫长的调适过程，其间既有文化的碰撞与激荡，亦有挫败与不适；既有思想的交锋与对立，亦有理解与认同。尽管基督教在中国的影响有限，但却是跨文化交流的重要范例。基督教中国化证明了中国不是一个封闭的国家。即使基督教与本土文化存在很大差异，亦能被吸收并演变为中国的基督教，从而成为中国历史和文化的一部分。
Introduction to the History of Christianity in China
This book is an attempt by Chinese and Western scholars to co-write a history of Christianity in China, drawing on and integrating Chinese and Western research methods and results that have emerged in the past 30 years. This paper tries to present a readability, accuracy and cross-disciplinarity of the history of Christianity in China through two parts: Chronicle and thematic history, which can help us better understand the historical phenomenon of the Sinicization of Christianity. In the 21st century, when reviewing the history of Christianity from west Sorton in a cross-cultural perspective, we can find that it has undergone a long process of adjustment in Chinese society, during which there is both cultural collision and agitation, and frustration and discomfort. There are confrontation and opposition of ideas, but also understanding and identification. Despite its limited influence in China, Christianity is an important example of cross-cultural communication. The Sinicization of Christianity proves that China is not a closed country. Even if Christianity is very different from the local culture, it can be absorbed and evolved into Chinese Christianity, thus becoming part of Chinese history and culture.
