好的孤独

　　《好的孤独》内容简介

　　面对孤独，人们对其中的种种难题常感困惑。一方面做不到绕开或无视这些困惑，假装无惑地生活下去；另一方面又不安于就此这么困惑下去，自我的内心久受其扰。

　　《好的孤独》是一本哲学通俗读物，共八个章节。在这本书中，陈果把生命中出现的种种困惑，当作自己人生的功课，畅谈孤独、人生、哲学、生活、自我，用哲学思考的方式去梳理、剖析、解惑，帮助读者了解孤独，更好地拥抱孤独，从而成为更好的自己，以此更读懂生活，也更热爱生活。

A brief introduction to the Good Solitude

In the face of loneliness, people often feel confused about the difficulties involved. On the one hand, it is impossible to bypass or ignore these perplexities and pretend to live without them. On the other hand, I am not comfortable with this confusion, and my heart has been disturbed by it for a long time.

The Good Solitude is a philosophical popular book consisting of eight chapters. In this book, Chen Guo takes the various puzzles in life as his lessons in life, talks about loneliness, life, philosophy, life, and self, and uses philosophical thinking to sort out, analyze, and solve puzzles to help readers understand loneliness, better embrace loneliness, and thus become a better self, so as to better understand life and love life.
