《北宋的改革与变法》内容简介
北宋的政治史基本上以两大问题为中心，一是对外关系，二是改革运动，而这两大问题又相互牵连。在对外的情势上，北宋承受着辽、夏强敌的威胁，当外患进逼时，让人警觉到内忧。由于华夏对外一向有“修德来远”的主张，北宋在取得对外和平的同时，也可能进一步从内政上反省致弱的原因，把“修德来远”的意义从维持和平的消极态度，转化为改革内政的积极要求。
《北宋改革与变法》主要爬梳北宋庆历改革与熙宁变法的缘由、实施内容及其施政阻力与偏失，进而探究熙宁变法与北宋晚期党争激烈化之间的关系，以及新法对于南宋历史的影响。本书将带领读者一窥庆历改革与熙宁变法在宋史中所扮演的角色，并借此说明这两次改革事件是把握北宋政治史概观的核心议题。
作者简介
梁庚尧，当代著名历史学家。祖籍广东新会，1948年生于广州，1956年定居台北。台湾大学历史系学士，台湾大学历史研究所硕士、博士。历任台湾大学历史系讲师、副教授、教授，至2013年退休，现为该系名誉教授。研究领域以宋史为中心，亦涉及唐宋社会经济史、宋元教育文化史等。
Introduction to the Reform and Reform of the Northern Song Dynasty
The political history of the Northern Song Dynasty is basically centered on two major issues, one is foreign relations, the other is the reform movement, and these two major issues are interrelated. Reform and Reform Law of the Northern Song Dynasty mainly discusses the causes, implementation contents, resistance and deviation of the Qing calendar reform and Xining Reform of the Northern Song Dynasty, and then explores the relationship between Xining Reform and the fierce party rivalry in the late Northern Song Dynasty, as well as the influence of the new law on the history of the Southern Song Dynasty. This book will take readers through the role of Qingli Reform and Xining Reform in Song history, and show that these two reform events are the core issues to grasp the political history of the Northern Song Dynasty.
About the author
Liang Gengyao, a famous contemporary historian. His ancestral home is Xinhui, Guangdong Province. He was born in Guangzhou in 1948 and settled in Taipei in 1956. She holds a bachelor's degree in History from Taiwan University, and a master's degree and Doctor's degree from the Institute of History of Taiwan University. He was a lecturer, associate professor and professor in the Department of History of Taiwan University until his retirement in 2013 and is now an honorary professor in the department. The research field is centered on the history of the Song Dynasty, and also involves the social and economic history of the Tang and Song Dynasties, the educational and cultural history of the Song and Yuan Dynasties.
