杰西卡·B.哈里斯（JessicaB.Harris），美国著名烹饪书作家、烹饪历史学家、“美食界奥斯卡奖”詹姆斯·比尔德终身成就奖获得者。曾撰写11本烹饪书，记录了散居各地的非洲人的饮食习惯和烹饪方式。还曾写作大量关于美国非洲文化的文章，并在各地演讲。她是纽约大学皇后学院的教授，也是新奥尔良迪拉德大学的顾问，并在那里创办了烹饪文化研究院。

About the author
JessicaB.Harris is an American cookbook author, culinary historian, and recipient of the James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award. He has written 11 cookbooks documenting the eating habits and cooking styles of the African diaspora. He has also written extensively on African culture in the United States and lectured extensively. She is a professor at Queens College, New York University, and a consultant at Dillard University in New Orleans, where she founded the Culinary Culture Institute.
