清华大学人工智能国际治理研究院秘书长，北京大学武汉人工智能研究院智能治理研究中心研究员，中科院学部工作局“数字丝路国际科学计划”评审专家，中央政法委、中央综治办“大数据与基层社会治理研究”课题组成员，科技部“蓝色粮仓”科技创新重点专项—清华大学南海蓝色粮仓项目团队AI专家，工信部“专精特新”企业评审专家。
目前，鲁俊群担任欧美同学会留美分会常务副会长兼秘书长，多次作为中方代表团成员参与国际交流活动，发表多篇AI治理和数字经济相关文章。
李璇
清华大学临床医学院数智医健研究中心学术带头人，中关村数智人工智能产业联盟AIGC专委会主任，中国政法大学MBA实践导师。
李璇曾获清华大学教育教学成果一等奖。发起策划由清华大学新闻与传播学院、清华大学继续教育学院联合举办的元宇宙、AIGC方向系列人才培养项目。参与相关部委数字化建设系列项目，指导、孵化多个AI项目落地。

Li Xuan
Academic leader of Digital Intelligence Medical Research Center of Clinical School of Tsinghua University, Director of AIGC Special Committee of Zhongguancun Digital Intelligence Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance, MBA practice tutor of China University of Political Science and Law.
Li Xuan has won the first prize in education and teaching achievements of Tsinghua University. Initiated and planned a series of talent training projects in the direction of Meta-universe and AIGC jointly organized by the School of Journalism and Communication of Tsinghua University and the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University. Participated in a series of digital construction projects of relevant ministries and commissions, guided and incubated a number of AI projects.
