　　茶既是人们工余、饭后的时尚饮品，又是强身治疾的传统药材。我到现存最早的药物学专著《神农本草》载：“神农尝百草，日遇七十二毒，得茶而解之”、“茶味苫，饮之使人益思、少卧、轻身、明目”!可见，茶的药用功效之神奇。

　　药茶已经有了两千多年漫长的历史，它具有制作简便易行、饮服方便、服用后易被机体吸收、作用迅速、效果明显、有效成分溶出量大等特点。

　　药茶除能补充人们所需要的营养，吸收排泄放射性元素，有延年益寿的作用外，还具有促进新陈代谢、提高机体机能、止咳、镇静、除疲、助消化、抗衰老、增强抗病能力、激活中枢神经、抑制各种感染、抗菌、抗病毒等功效。因此，常饮用药茶，不仅能祛病养生、延年益寿，还能养颜美容。

It can be seen that the medicinal effect of tea is magical.
