《宴飨万年》内容简介

　　著名人类学家张光直先生曾经说过：“达到一个文化核心的最佳途径之一就是通过它的肚子。”饮食文化是中国古代传统文化的重要组成部分，古人的餐桌见证了中国古代上万年的饮食革命和文化流变。

　　本书由中国国家博物馆资深策展人在其承担设计的中国国家博物馆“中国古代饮食文化展”基础上，充分挖掘史料，以文物为叙述线索，梳理了中国万年来的饮食文化发展脉络，从“食材”“烹饪”“器具”“礼仪”“艺术”“人物”等多个角度阐释中国古代饮食文化，将传世文献、典型文物、封泥简牍、画像砖石、壁画帛画等多种材料融于一体，以浅显易懂的语言向读者还原一幅幅鲜活而生动的中国古代饮食文化图景。

Mr. Zhang Guangzhi, a famous anthropologist, once said, "One of the best ways to reach the core of a culture is through its belly." Food culture is an important part of ancient Chinese traditional culture, and ancient tables have witnessed the food revolution and cultural change in ancient China for thousands of years.

Based on the exhibition of Ancient Chinese Food Culture in the National Museum of China, which was designed by a senior curator of the National Museum of China, this book fully excavates historical materials, takes cultural relics as narrative clues, and sorts out the development of Chinese food culture over the past ten thousand years, explaining ancient Chinese food culture from multiple perspectives such as "ingredients", "cooking", "utensils", "etiquette", "art" and "people". It combines a variety of materials, such as handed down documents, typical cultural relics, clay slips, portrait bricks, murals and silk paintings, to restore a vivid and vivid picture of ancient Chinese food culture to readers in plain and easy to understand language.
