　　中国金融四十人论坛（CF40）学术委员会主席，先后毕业于中国人民大学、中国社会科学院研究生院，经济学博士。现任中国社会科学院国家高端智库首席专家、学部委员。第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会委员，农业与农村委员会副主任委员，中国人民银行货币政策委员会委员。曾任中国社会科学院副院长。

　　长期致力于中国经济问题研究，主要研究领域包括：中国经济改革与发展、人口与劳动经济学、经济增长、收入分配、贫困等。曾获孙冶方经济科学奖、中国经济理论创新奖、张培刚发展经济学优秀成果奖、中国出版政府奖等。

A brief introduction to the Inflation Debate

After the new coronavirus epidemic in 2020, the phantom of inflation that had been quiet for many years quietly emerged in developed countries in the United States and Europe, and gradually unfolded and intensified, becoming an important factor affecting the global economy and financial markets. The puzzle is why inflation, which several rounds of easing failed to boost after the 2008 global financial crisis, has resurfaced after the pandemic. CAI Fang

He is the chairman of the Academic Committee of China Finance Forty Forum (CF40), and graduated from Renmin University of China and Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is currently the chief expert of the national high-end think tank of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a member of the Faculty. Member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, Deputy Chairman of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of the NPC, Member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People's Bank of China. He was vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

His research interests include: China's economic reform and development, population and labor economics, economic growth, income distribution, poverty, etc. He has won the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award, China Economic Theory Innovation Award, Zhang Peigang Development Economics Outstanding Achievement Award, China Publishing Government Award, etc.
