　　约纳斯•约纳松（JonasJonasson），1961年出生于瑞典韦克舍，在哥德堡完成语言专业的学习后，他成为一名记者，曾任职于《斯莫兰邮件》和《快报》。1996年他创立了自己的传媒公司OTW，并通过一周工作七天的持续努力，将公司发展到拥有一百多名雇员的规模。2005年，他结束自己的媒体事业，卖掉了公司的所有股份，搬离斯德哥尔摩开始新生活。2009年，他的长篇小说处女作《爬出窗外并消失的百岁老人》在瑞典出版，以其高潮迭起的故事情节与幽默独特的叙事口吻，迅速激起各国出版界的热烈反响，版权售出三十多个语种，全球销量逾500万册。此书目前已被改编拍摄为电影，于2013年平安夜在瑞典上映。

The centenarian who Climbed out the Window and Disappeared

After a long and bizarre life, Aaron Karlsson lives in what he thinks will be his last stop on Earth. The problem was, his health wouldn't give in. One day, he reached the age of three figures.

A lavish celebration awaited him, with the mayor and the local newspaper in place. Alang did not want to see such a scene, he improvised, climbed out of the window to escape his birthday party. In a hurry, Aaron accidentally acquired a suitcase - originally he only needed to watch, but in a flash, he became the target of thieves and police.

"The Centenarian Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared" tells the story of a month-long pursuit of Aron and his casual companions across Sweden. At the same time, the book is also about a journey through the 20th century - a journey through the life of the carefree Aaron Karlsson.

How could Aaron save Franco and then have dinner with soon-to-be President Truman? Why did he hitch a free ride on the shoulders of Winston Churchill and then get thrown into the fray between the nationalists and communists in China? Besides, how did he spend those months crossing the Himalayas?

About the author

JonasJonasson was born in Waxha, Sweden in 1961. After studying languages in Gothenburg, he became a journalist and worked for Smaland Mail and Expressen. He founded his own media company, the OTW, in 1996 and grew it to more than 100 employees by working seven days a week. In 2005, he ended his media career, sold all his shares in the company and moved away from Stockholm to start a new life. In 2009, his first novel "The Centenarian Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared" was published in Sweden, and with its climactic story and humorous and unique narrative tone, it quickly aroused a warm response from the publishing world, and the copyright was sold in more than 30 languages, and more than 5 million copies were sold worldwide. The book has been adapted into a film, which will be released in Sweden on Christmas Eve 2013.

Xu Xin, male, born in 1979, is a young writer and Swedish language teacher. He has won the Swedish Literary Translation Prize twice in 2001 and 2011. He now works at Beijing Foreign Studies University.
