　　领导力与学习力专家刘澜将领导力定义为：动员群众解决难题。在这八个字中，如果你把握住了领导力的核心——解决难题，就会发现，领导力并不是企业这样的组织中特有的现象，也不是身居高位者的特权。

　　你在组织中需要发挥领导力。如果你是上级，你动员下级解决难题，就是在发挥领导力。

　　你在家庭中也需要发挥领导力。你动员孩子、其他家人解决难题，就是在发挥领导力。

　　即使你没有下级，没有职位，你也可以发挥领导力。当面对一个集体难题时，你动员同事甚至是上级一起去解决，这也是在发挥领导力。

　　要想更好地发挥领导力，需要做十件事，这十件事也叫作“领导力十律”。作者为每一律配上了一句口诀，并强调，领导力不仅是“做”出来的，也是“说”出来的。一方面，“说”是“做”的一部分；另一方面，“说”也能推动“做”。

　　所以，要发挥领导力，就要说对这十句话！

Leadership is about ten Sentences

Liu LAN, an expert on leadership and learning, defines leadership as: mobilizing people to solve problems. In these eight words, if you grasp the core of leadership - solving problems, you will find that leadership is not a unique phenomenon in organizations such as enterprises, nor is it a privilege of those in high positions.

You need leadership in the organization. If you are a superior and you mobilize your subordinates to solve problems, you are exercising leadership.

You also need leadership in your family. When you mobilize your children and other family members to solve problems, you are exercising leadership.

Even if you have no subordinates, no position, you can still lead. When faced with a collective problem, you mobilize colleagues and even superiors to solve it, which is also showing leadership.

There are ten things you need to do to lead better, and these ten things are called the "Ten Rules of Leadership." The author sets out a mantra for each and emphasizes that leadership is not only "done" but also "said." On the one hand, saying is part of doing; On the other hand, "saying" can also promote "doing."

So, to exercise leadership, say these ten words right!
