　　《豆汁记》以旧时老北京为背景，讲述了一个很会做饭的女仆莫姜的故事。莫姜原是老太妃身边的宫女，后被许配给御厨刘成贵，没想到刘成贵是个赌徒，脾气暴躁，吵架时一刀下去，莫姜脸上落下难看的疤。大清倒台后他抛开莫姜不知音信，走投无路的莫姜进了叶府做仆人。多年后，讨饭的刘成贵领着在外面相好的娼妓所生的无爹的孩子，到叶府找到莫姜，莫姜变卖太妃留下的唯一值钱的信物，帮他拉扯孩子。“我”开始很鄙视刘成贵，“三年自然灾害”时期，莫姜巧妇难为无米之炊，“我”只好企盼着刘成贵不上眼的酸豆汁了。

　　“文革”时期，莫姜和刘成贵养大的孩子“闹革命”，来革病入膏肓的四爷的命，七十岁的莫姜和瘫痪的刘成贵管不了，开煤气自杀了。

　　本书是叶广芩近年来的中短篇小说集，收录了《黄连·厚朴》《醉也无聊》《豆汁记》《状元媒》等著名作品。

　　作者简介

　　叶广芩，国家一级作家。中国作协全委会委员、陕西省作协副主席，陕西省人大常委会委员、西安市政协委员，被陕西省委省政府授予“德艺双馨”文艺工作者称号。著有长篇小说《采桑子》、《全家福》、《青木川》等，长篇记实《没有日记的罗敷河》获全国第六届少数民族文学“骏马奖”；中篇小说《梦也何曾到谢桥》获第二届“鲁迅文学奖”、北京市建国50周年优秀中篇小说奖；长篇小说《青木川》获中国作家鄂尔多斯优秀长篇小说奖、陕西“五个一”优秀文学奖。

Set in old Beijing, "Doujuji" tells the story of Mo Jiang, a maid who is good at cooking. About the author

Ye Guangqin, national first-class writer. He is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese Writers Association, vice chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Writers Association, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress, and a member of the Xi 'an Political Consultative Conference. He has been awarded the title of "Virtue and art" by the Shaanxi Provincial government. His novels "Mulberry Picking", "Family Portrait", "Aoki Chuan" and so on, and the full-length documentary "Luofu River without Diary" won the sixth national minority literature "Horse Award"; The novella "Dream Never Came to Xie Qiao" won the second "Lu Xun Literature Prize" and the Beijing Excellent Novella Award on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
