  作者简介

  蒂姆·斯佩克特(TimSpector,1958—),伦敦国王学院遗传性流行病学教授,世界丰富的双胞胎信息库主管。他发表研究论文逾800篇,被路透列入世界科学家发表被引用多的1%。他还为《卫报》《科学美国人》等主流期刊撰稿。他曾获表观遗传学领域大奖——欧洲研究协会高级研究者奖。他是英国国家健康研究所高级研究员,也是活跃的公共演讲者。著有《饮食真相》,以及《饮食的迷思》《相同的不同:你的基因可以改变》等畅销作品。

This is a scientific guide that upends conventional wisdom about food and nutrition. About the author

TimSpector (1958 -) is Professor of genetic epidemiology at King's College London and director of the world's richest twin database. He has published more than 800 research papers and is listed by Reuters as one percent of the world's most cited scientists. He has also written for major journals such as The Guardian and Scientific American. He has received the European Research Association Senior Investigator Award, an award in the field of Epigenetics. He is a senior research fellow at the National Institute for Health Research and an active public speaker. He is the author of The Truth about Eating, as well as best-selling books such as The Myth of Eating and The Same Difference: Your Genes Can Change.
