　　“照护杀人”，一个自相矛盾的词语，一种非同寻常的谋杀。犯罪者并非全受恨意驱使，相反，他们一直肩负着照护的重担。在杀死至爱家人的那一刻，他或她，到底有过怎样的挣扎？如果有一天，我们要承担起照护家人的责任，应该如何面对？当身边人陷入无法言说的照护困境，我们能做些什么？

　　NHK特别节目录制组围绕“照护杀人”案件在日本全国范围内进行了深入调查，通过案件卷宗、案发现场周边走访、与当事人对话以及相关人员的采访，揭示了11桩照护杀人案件背后令人心酸的真相。这些案件聚焦于高龄者互相照护的“老老照护”、为照护而辞去工作的“离职照护”、最容易被忽略却最痛苦的“初期照护”等照护难题，试图找寻犯下照护杀人罪行的真正原因，探讨预防悲剧再度发生的方法，为我们设身处地理解照护提供了一个全面的视角。

It's Family, It's Murderers

"Care-killing," a contradiction in terms, is an extraordinary kind of murder. The perpetrator is not driven by hatred; on the contrary, the burden of care is always on their shoulders. At the moment of killing a loved one, what was he or she struggling with? If one day, we have to take care of the family responsibility, how should we face it? What can we do when someone around us is in an unspeakable caregiving situation?

The NHK special program recording team conducted an in-depth investigation around the "care homicide" case in Japan, and revealed the heart-wrenching truth behind 11 care homicide cases through case files, visits to the surrounding scene of the case, conversations with the parties and interviews with relevant personnel. These cases focus on the "care for the elderly", the "care for the aged", the "care for the aged", the "care for the aged", the "care for the aged", the most easily ignored but the most painful "care for the early stage", and other care problems, trying to find the real reasons for the crime of care homicide, explore ways to prevent the recurrence of tragedies, and provide us with a comprehensive perspective to understand care.
