In recent years, adolescent psychological problems occur frequently, and children's demand for professional psychological guidance is growing. Torrey A. reed is A clinical psychologist, Ph.D., program director and trainer of the Child Expansion of the Beck Initiative. His main research areas include cognitive therapy, therapeutic outcomes in children, adolescents and families, suicide and trauma.

Jarrod Reisweber, Ph.D., is program director of the Department of Psychopathology Research at the University of Pennsylvania. Major research areas include suicide prevention, treatment of substance abuse, intervention services for men with externalizing problems, and cognitive therapy for people with schizophrenia. He has published books on intervention and counseling in high schools.

Aaron T. Baker, M.D., professor emeritus of psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, is the father of cognitive therapy. He has published 560 papers in scientific journals, published 21 books, received numerous awards, including the American Psychological Association's Lifetime Achievement Award, the American Psychiatric Association's Service Excellence Award, President of the Baker Institute, and honorary President of the American Academy of Cognitive Therapy.
