　　保尔·克洛岱尔，法国著名诗人，剧作家，同时也是一位成功的外交官。克洛岱尔诗歌代表作主要有描述他在中国生活印象的散文诗集《认识东方》，以及组诗《五大颂歌》《三重唱歌词》；克洛岱尔戏剧代表作主要有《金头》《城市》《人质》《正午的分界》等，最有名则是《缎子鞋》，把木偶戏、清唱歌、音乐和话剧艺术熔于一炉，形式新颖而大胆。克洛岱尔是法国象征主义诗歌、戏剧的后期代表人物，在法国文坛举足轻重。尤其论及书写中国，无论从文本数量到内容的深刻程度、文字质量，克洛岱尔都是当之无愧的典范。
