《时间的香气》内容简介

　　如今的时间危机并非加速。加速的时代早已过去。目前我们认为的加速，只是时间涣散的症状之一。今日的时间危机源于一种导致各类时间障碍和错误感知的时间紊乱。时间缺乏有序的节奏，陷入失调状态。这种紊乱让时间仿佛在飞驰。

　　这种时间紊乱并非强制加速的结果，其首要原因是时间的原子化，这也是为什么人们感觉时间的流逝比以往快得多。时间涣散导致人们不可能去经验何为持存。没什么能让时间驻足。生命不再被嵌入能创建持存的秩序体或坐标系中。

　　本书通过回顾历史提请人们注意，必须换一种方式理解日常生活，以避免陷入时间危机。作者缅怀的并非“讲述的时间”。讲述的终结，或故事的终结，并不一定意味着时间上的空白。它有可能开启一种无关神学和目的论的、散发自己独特香气的生命时间。它的前提是让“沉思的生活”复苏。

　　韩炳哲（Byung-ChulHan）

　　德国新生代思想家。1959年生于韩国首尔，80年代在韩国学习冶金学，之后远渡重洋到德国学习哲学、文学和天主教神学。1994年，以研究海德格尔的论文获得弗莱堡大学博士学位。2000年任教于瑞士巴塞尔大学，2010年任教于卡尔斯鲁厄建筑与艺术大学，2012年任教于德国柏林艺术大学。

　　西班牙《国家报》（ElPaís）誉其为“德国哲学界的一颗新星”。作品被译成十几种语言，在世界范围内引起广泛关注。

Introduction to the Aroma of Time

Today's time crisis is not accelerating. The era of acceleration is long gone. What we now think of as acceleration is just one symptom of a time lapse. Today's time crisis stems from a time disorder that causes all kinds of time barriers and misperceptions. Time lacks an orderly rhythm and falls into a state of dissonance. This disorder makes time seem to rush.

This time disorder is not the result of forced acceleration, but is primarily due to the atomization of time, which is why people feel that time is passing much faster than before. Time lapse makes it impossible for people to experience what it means to persist. Nothing can stop time. Life is no longer embedded in a body of order or coordinate system that creates persistence.

By looking back at history, this book draws attention to the need to understand everyday life in a different way to avoid falling into a crisis of time. What the author remembers is not "the time to tell." The end of the telling, or the end of the story, does not necessarily mean a void in time. It has the potential to open a time of life that is free of theology and teleology, and that gives off its own unique aroma. Its premise is to revive the "contemplative life."

About the author

Byung-ChulHan

A new generation of German thinkers. Born in 1959 in Seoul, South Korea, he studied metallurgy in Korea in the 1980s and then traveled across the ocean to Germany to study philosophy, literature and Catholic theology. In 1994, he received his doctorate from the University of Freiburg for his dissertation on Heidegger. In 2000 he taught at the University of Basel, Switzerland, in 2010 at the Karlsruhe University of Architecture and Art, and in 2012 at the University of the Arts in Berlin, Germany.

The Spanish newspaper ElPais called him "a new star in German philosophy". His works have been translated into more than a dozen languages and have attracted worldwide attention.
