"Real Team" content introduction

The Real Team is a classic by Richard Hackman, professor of social and organizational psychology at Harvard University. Richard Hackman

Professor of social and organizational psychology at Harvard University. The study covers many aspects of social and organizational psychology. For his work in the field of team research, he has received the Sixth Annual Creative Talent Award from the American Institute for Behavioral Science, the Award for Outstanding Scientific Contributions from the Division of Industrial and Organizational Psychology of the American Psychological Association, the Mendelson Distinguished Mentor Award from the Harvard Graduate School, and the Outstanding Educator Award and the Outstanding Scholar Award from the American Academy of Management.
